Registering Your Account
An account is required to process nominations for your colleagues. It will allow you to keep track of those you have already nominated, and keep track of your nomination count.
You can create an account by:
- Click on this link: providers.castleconnolly.com
- Under Don’t Have an Account?, Click Register Here
- Select your designation: Doctor or Dentist
- Fill out the form, including your First Name, Last Name, NPI, Specialty, and Email Address
- You will either be prompted to create a password, or verify a code sent to your email.
If you get the following message, it means information you have provided does not match our system, or your profile needs to be created:
You will get an email from support within a couple of business days with further instructions.
Who can sign up?
The Castle Connolly nominations platform is open to all licensed physicians (MDs, DOs and DPMs) and dentists (DDS, DMD).
