If your nominee is not listed in the possible matches, click the link to Manually Submit a Nomination:

The first step is to clear your browser’s cache and/or cookies to resolve the issue. Refer to your browser type below for more info:
After clearing your browser’s cookies, try restarting your computer, then log in and attempt to submit your nomination again.
If you are still unable to make the submission, please open a ticket with our support team.

- Navigate to our Help Center
- Click Submit a Request in the top banner
- Choose Nominations from the available options in the drop-down
